We are looking for an ambitious, creative and commercial-thinking Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our expanding team based at our head office in Chesterfield.
We are manufacturers of high quality, fully customised sportswear for a growing list of sports disciplines across the UK and Europe. Boasting more than 20 years of Dye-sublimation and garment design operating from our state of the art UK premises. We are athletes – for every product we design, develop and create, we utilise our 30 years of elite-level sports experience to create pieces we are truly proud of.

Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per year. Dependent on experience.
40 hours per week: 8-hour shifts | Monday to Friday
What can you expect from the role?
This is an all-encompassing sales & marketing role. It is a great opportunity for you to express your ideas and strategies across different business departments, within an enthusiastic and forward-thinking working environment. It will require you to have excellent customer service skills, creative ideas and a real enthusiasm for sports.
Other key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Handling of sales enquiries via telephone, email & in person.
· Maintain and build relationships with clients to understand their needs.
· Processing of sales via our internal CRM system
· Involvement with Social media content and online communications across new and current social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & TikTok to help drive YGS online presence.
· Planning, designing & executing marketing materials for product launches, events & e-commerce.
· Raising orders for any external purchases required.
· Meeting sales invoice targets.
· Attendance at shows, events and exhibitions.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for someone with an advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop preferred). Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. Extra skills include but not limited to:
· Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
· A good problem solver
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage relationships with clients, prospects, suppliers, colleagues effectively
· Computer literate MS Office and CRM Systems
· An advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
· Self-motivated and organised
Experience
Working arrangements
Ability to work during core business hours on weekdays from our Chesterfield office, 08:30-17:00 (40 hours per week). Flexible/Hybrid working can be negotiated.
Occasional Weekend availability for external events.
Full Driving Licence (preferred)
