The Specialised Canvas Services Group has always believed heavily in investing both in our people and our infrastructure, ensuring we remain super competitive in all our markets and continue to supply our customers with a wide array of exceptional products and services.
Over the past 18 months we have invested heavily in our printing capabilities, ensuring Banner Box stays at the forefront of the large format industry, and improving our energy efficiency which has seen carbon output reduced by over 30 tonnes per annum.
The most recent significant plant upgrade sees the arrival and installation of a 2nd Zund automated cutting system which has many great features, perhaps most notably its ability to cut up to 3.2m width. However, most importantly it ensures we can continue to provide our customers with an exceptional service and product on a competitive lead time, guaranteeing we have more than enough cutting capacity to meet the growing demand.
A secondary advantage as a result of this investment is the introduction of a new materials cutting service that, thanks to the Zund’s ability to cut many materials, will provide many benefits to business of all different shapes and sizes, allowing them to increase their cutting capacity and meet spikes in demand and large one-off orders without having to make a significant capital expenditure themselves.
